Beginners course 2020: the registration is open!
New capoeira beginners course starts 17.1 and takes about three months to complete. During these classes you will become acquainted with the basics of this art and try yourself in its various expression forms, as well as improve your physical condition, try out singing traditional songs in Portuguese, play in capoeira roda and make a lot of new friends.
This course gives you a smooth transition into our usual capoeira classes, which you can attend after the completion of the course or whenever you feel ready :)
Helsinki course: 17.1.2020-7.4.2020 (two times a week)
Espoo course: 19.1.2020-5.4.2020 (once a week)
Tampere course: 22.1.2020-8.4.2020 (once a week)
